Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
 
Section 1.  The following park name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated.

Peter Chahales Park                  (none)                        a triangular park bounded by
                                                      69th Street, 58th Avenue and
            the Queens Midtown                         Expressway
