WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on April 4, 2001 its decision dated March 28, 2001 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services for the disposition of thirty -nine (39) city-owned properties located at Jamaica Avenue (Block 3905/Lot 12); 613 Georgia Avenue (Block 3838/Lot 5); (Blocks 3715, 3722, 3756, 3792, 3961, 3992, 4007, 4008, 4013 and 4246); 248 and 250 Glenmore Avenue (Block 3715/Lots 11 and 12); 283 and 277 New Jersey Avenue (Block 3722/Lots 4 and 6); 363 New Jersey Avenue (Block 3756/Lot 17); 420 and VL New Jersey Avenue (Block 3772/Lots 35 and 139); 489 and 487 Liberty Avenue (Block

WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on May 1, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision with the modifications that the properties located at 861, 863, 867 and 871 Glenmore Avenue (Block 3992/Lots 48, 47, 45 and 43); 854, 856 and 858 Glemore Avenue (Block 4007/Lots 20, 21 and 22); 162, 164, 166 and 168 Montauk Avenue (Block 4007/Lots 24, 25, 26 and 27); 844 Glenmore Avenue (Block 4007/Lot 15); 182, 184 and 190 Montauk Avenue (Block 4007/Lots 34, 35 and 37); 2539 and 2535-2537 Pitkin Avenue (Block 4007/Lots 40 and 41); 866, 868 and 870 Glenmore Avenue (Block 4008/Lots 15, 16 and 17); 178 Milford Street (Block 4008/Lot 30); 181 Montauk Avenue (Block 4008/Lot 1); 2563, 2561 and 2559 Pitkin Avenue (Block 4008/Lots 40, 41 and 42) are deleted.
