THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1799 Title Resolution approving the site plan for Public School 254-Q generally located at 84-30 through 85-12 101st Street, Queens (Non-ULURP No. 20015188 SCQ; L.U. No. 993). Body By Council Members Eisland and Sabini WHEREAS, the New York City School Construction Authority submitted to the Council on March 2, 2001, a site plan pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law for a public school facility known as P.S. 254-Q, with a capacity of 704 seats to serve pre-kindergarten through fifth grades, Community School District 27, generally located at 84-30 through 85-12 101st Street (Block 9177/Lots 14, 23 and 35), Woodhaven, Borough of Queens (the "Site Plan"); WHEREAS, the Site Plan is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Site Plan on March 6, 2001; WHEREAS, the Council has considered the relevant environmental issues and the Conditional Negative Declaration issued January 12, 2001 (SCA Project Number 01-006); and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Site Plan; RESOLVED: The Council finds that the action described herein will have no significant effect on the environment; and __________ Page 2 of 2 20015188 SCQ Reso.
