No. 876). Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on January 12, 2001 its decision dated January 8, 2001 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of one (1) city-owned property pursuant to zoning, located at International Airport Center Boulevard (Rockaway Boulevard) (Block 13791/part of Lot 21) Borough of Queens (ULURP No. C 000305 PPQ) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Application is related to Applications Number C 000272 MMQ (L.U. No. 874), an amendment to the City Map and C 000304 ZMQ (L.U. No. 875), an amendment to the Zoning Map; WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on February 1, 2001; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision. ________ Page 2 of 2 C 000305 PPQ Reso.
