THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1643 Title Resolution approving the site plan for Public School 245-Queens (P.S. 245-Q), to be located at 384 Seneca Avenue, Queens (Non-ULURP No. 20015048 SCQ; L.U. No. 924). Body By Council Members Eisland and Sabini WHEREAS, the New York City School Construction Authority submitted to the Council on November 21, 2000, a site plan pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law for a public school facility known as Public School 245-Queens (P.S. 245-Q), a 400-seat early childhood center to serve Community School District 24, to be located at 384 Seneca Avenue, Ridgewood (Block 3428/Lot 16), Borough of Queens (the "Site Plan"); WHEREAS, the Site Plan is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Site Plan on November 27, 2000; WHEREAS, the Council has considered the relevant environmental issues and the Conditional Negative Declaration issued August 28, 2000 (SCA Project Number 00-014); and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Site Plan; RESOLVED: The Council finds that the action described herein will have no significant effect on the environment; and ______________ Page 2 of 2 20015048 SCQ Reso.
