THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1621 Title Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an enclosed sidewalk café located at 1090 Amsterdam Avenue, Manhattan (20005216 TCM; L.U. No. 904). Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on September 19, 2000 its approval of the petition of Strokos Gourmet Deli, Inc., for a revocable consent to construct, maintain and operate an enclosed sidewalk café located at 1090 Amsterdam Avenue, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-225 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-225(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 24, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-225 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
