No. 794). Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on September 18, 2000 its decision dated September 18, 2000 (the "Decision"), on the application submitted by Natalie Lyn LLC, pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter, for an amendment to the Zoning Map (ULURP No. C 990127 ZMR) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on October 10, 2000; WHEREAS, by submission dated October 20, 2000 the Applicant withdrew the Application; RESOLVED: The Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the application.
