THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1543 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 990235 PCQ (L.U. No. 853), a site selection and acquisition of property located at 30-03 Review Avenue, a/k/a 30-10 Starr Avenue and 30-21 Starr Avenue, Queens, for use as a vehicle repair facility and offices and a parking lot. Body By Council Members Eisland and Sabini WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on August 3, 2000 its decision dated July 26, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services and the Department of Environmental Protection for site selection and acquisition of property located at 30-03 Review Avenue a/k/a 30-10 Starr Avenue (Block 295/Lot 45) for use as a vehicle repair facility and offices; and 30-21 Starr Avenue (Block 300/Lot 2) for use as a parking lot, Borough of Queens (the "Site"), (ULURP No. C 990235 PCQ) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on September 6, 2000; WHEREAS, the Council has considered the relevant environmental issues and the Negative Declaration issued on February 2, 2000 (CEQR No. 99DEP020Q); and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: The Council finds that the action described herein will have no significant effect on the environment. ________ Page 2 of 2 C 990235 PCQ Reso.
