THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1509 Title Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 1201 Second Avenue, Manhattan (20005344 TCM; L.U. No. 818). Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on July 21, 2000 its approval of the petition of 63rd Street Bagel Café, Inc., d/b/a Hot & Crusty Bagel, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 1201 Second Avenue, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on August 21, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
