Body By Council Members Eisland and Sabini WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on June 15, 2000 its decision dated June 14, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services and the New York City Department of Sanitation for site selection and acquisition of property located at 1177 Flushing Avenue (Block 2994/Lots 75 and 90), Borough of Brooklyn (the "Site"), for use as a garage (ULURP No. C 980640 PCK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, by submission dated July 24, 2000 the New York City Department of Sanitation withdrew the Application; RESOLVED: The Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the application.
