THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1485 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 990169 MMM, an amendment to the City Map (L.U. No. 803). Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on June 20, 2000, its decision dated June 14, 2000 (the "Decision"), on the application submitted by Cary Wolf, pursuant to Sections 197-c and 199 of the New York City Charter and Section 5-430 et seq. of the New York City Administrative Code, for an amendment to the City Map involving the elimination, discontinuance and closing of a portion of Wadsworth Avenue between 173rd and 174th Streets, the elimination of a park designation, the adjustment of grades necessitated thereby, and the acquisition or disposition of real property related thereto, Community District 12, Borough of Manhattan, in accordance with Map Acc. No. 30207, dated November 29, 1999 and signed by the Borough President (ULURP No. C 990169 MMM) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on July 25, 2000; WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; and RESOLVED: Pursuant to Sections 197-d and 199 of the New York City Charter, the Council approves the Decision. _____________ Page 2 of 2 C 990169 MMM Reso.
