THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1484 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. M 920650 (A) ZMM, a Zoning Map Change (L.U. No. 795 (A)). Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on June 15, 2000 its decision dated June 14, 2000 (the "Decision"), on the application submitted by TST 101 West End, L.L.C., for an amendment to the Restrictive Declaration signed in connection with a previously approved amendment to the Zoning Map (ULURP No. M 920650 ZMM) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to the terms of the Restrictive Declaration; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on July 25, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: The Council finds that the action described herein will have no significant effect on the environment.
