Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on July 7, 2000 its decision dated June 28, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of one (1) city-owned property pursuant to zoning, located at 5 Bay Street (Block 1/Lot 60), Borough of Staten Island (ULURP No. C 000381 PPR) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Application is related to ULURP Application number C 000380 ZMR (L.U. No. 712), an amendment to the Zoning Map; WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on July 25, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision. __________ Page 2 of 2 C 000381 PPR Reso.
