No. 790). Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on June 5, 2000 its decision dated May 31, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the removal of the "Community Facility Use Only" restriction on property located at 734 East 151st Street (Block 2642, Lot 17), Borough of the Bronx (ULURP No. C 000186 PPX) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on June 20, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision.
