No. 777). Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on May 4, 2000 its decision dated May 3, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of four (4) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 446 and 448 West 167th Street (Block 2111/Lots 99 and 97) and 2260 and 2262 Amsterdam Avenue (Block 2129/Lots 52 and 50), Borough of Manhattan (ULURP No. C 000040 PPM) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on May 31, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision.
