THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1381 Title Resolution affirming the designation by the Landmarks Preservation Commission of the Williamsbridge Reservoir Keeper's House, located at 3400 Reservoir Oval (a.k.a. 3450 Putnam Place) (Block 3343, Lot 185), the Bronx, Designation List No. 311, LP-2047 (L.U. No. 709; 20005235 HKX; N 000394 HKX). Body By Council Members Eisland and Sabini WHEREAS, the Landmarks Preservation Commission filed with the Council on February 16, 2000 a copy of its designation dated February 8, 2000 (the "Designation"), of the Williamsbridge Reservoir Keeper's House, located at 3400 Reservoir Oval (a.k.a. 3450 Putnam Place), Borough of the Bronx, as a landmark and Block 3343, Lot 185, as its landmark site pursuant to Section 3020 of the New York City Charter; WHEREAS, the Designation is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission submitted to the Council on April 12, 2000, its report on the Designation dated April 5, 2000 (the "Report"); WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Designation on May 16, 2000 and recessed until May 18, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Designation; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter, and on the basis of the information and materials contained in the Designation and the Report, the Council affirms the Designation.
