THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1330 Title Resolution approving the site plan for Public School/Intermediate School 156 - Brooklyn (P.S./I.S. 156), to be located at 96 Sutter Avenue, a/k/a 104 Sutter Avenue (Block 3535, Lot 16), Brooklyn (Non-ULURP No. 19995245 SCK; L.U. No. 734). Body By Council Members Eisland and Sabini WHEREAS, the New York City School Construction Authority submitted to the Council on February 19, 2000, a site plan pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law for a public school facility with a capacity of up to 1,200 seats, known as Public School/Intermediate School 156 - Brooklyn (P.S./I.S. 156), to be located at 96 Sutter Avenue, a/k/a 104 Sutter Avenue, Brownsville (Block 3535, Lot 16), Borough of Brooklyn (the "Site Plan"); WHEREAS, the Site Plan is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Site Plan on April 17, 2000; WHEREAS, the Council has considered the relevant environmental issues and the Conditional Negative Declaration issued February 10, 2000 (SCA Project Number 00-004); and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Site Plan; RESOLVED: The Council finds that the action described herein will have no significant effect on the environment; and Pursuant to Section 1732 of the Public Authorities Law, the Council approves the Site Plan. ______________ Page 2 of 2 19995245 SCK Reso.
