THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1327 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 000157 PPQ, for the disposition of two (2) city-owned properties located on College Point Boulevard (Block 4386/Lot 1) and on 31st Road (Block 4386/part of Lot 24), Queens (L.U. No. 715). Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on March 22, 2000 its decision dated March 15, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of two (2) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located on College Point Boulevard (Block 4386/Lot 1) and on 31st Road (Block 4386/part of Lot 24), Borough of Queens (ULURP No. C 000157 PPQ) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on April 17, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision.
