Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on March 22, 2000 its decision dated March 15, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of seven (7) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 109 East 102nd Street (Block 1630/Lot 5); 165 East 111th Street (Block 1639/Lot 25); 202 and 204 East 110th Street (Block 1659/Lots 144 and 145); 2025 3rd Avenue (Block 1661/Lot 1); 225 East 111th Street (Block 1661/Lot 12) and 207 East 116th Street (Block 1666/Lot 5), Borough of Manhattan (ULURP No. C 990094 PPM) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on April 17, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision. ____________ Page 2 of 2 C 990094 PPM Reso.
