Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on November 8, 1999 its decision dated November 8, 1999 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of twelve (12) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 542 Warwick Street (Block 4046/Lot 33), 507 Elton Street (Block 4050/Lot 9), 915 Dumont Avenue (Block 4062/Lot 51), 925 Dumont Avenue (Block 4063/Lot 60), 662 Linwood Street (Block 4066/Lot 29), 674 Linwood Street (Block 4066/Lot 33), 1013 Dumont Avenue (Block 4067/Lot 1), 642 Warwick Street (Block 4078/Lot 35), 597 and 591 Ashford Street (Block 4080/Lots 17 and 19) and 605 and 601 Ashford Street (Block 4080/Lots 14 and 15), Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 990096 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on December 13, 1999; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; _____________ Page 2 of 2 pages C 990096 PPK Reso. No. 596) RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision with the modification that: The first attempt at disposition of the property located at 507 Elton Street (Block 4050/Lot 9) shall be with an accessory, extension or enlargement restriction and if unsuccessful, pursuant to zoning.
