THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1099 Title Resolution affirming the designation by the Landmarks Preservation Commission of the Bennet-Farrell-Feldmann House, located at 119 95th Street, Brooklyn, Designation List No. 309, LP-1966 (L.U. No. 531; 20005030 HKK; N 000083 HKK). Body By Council Members Eisland and Sabini WHEREAS, the Landmarks Preservation Commission filed with the Council on August 13, 1999 a copy of its designation dated August 3, 1999 (the "Designation"), of the Bennet-Farrell-Feldmann House, located at 119 95th Street, Borough of Brooklyn, as a landmark and Block 6115, Lot 52 in part, as its landmark site pursuant to Section 3020 of the New York City Charter; WHEREAS, the Designation is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission submitted to the Council on October 8, 1999, its report on the Designation dated October 6, 1999 (the "Report"); WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Designation on December 1, 1999; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Designation; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter, and on the basis of the information and materials contained in the Designation and the Report, the Council affirms the Designation.
