Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on September 17, 1999 its decision dated September 8, 1999 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Business Services, for the disposition to the Economic Development Corporation of one (1) city-owned property pursuant to zoning, located at 738 Third Avenue (Block 644/part of Lot 1), Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 990519 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on October 27, 1999; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision.
