Section 1. Article 1 of subchapter two of chapter two of title 27 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 27-2009.2, to read as follows:                         §27-2009.2 Required forms list. a. Such rider must be signed and dated by both the tenant or prospective tenant and the owner.
