A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York in relation to billiard halls.

 

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

 

                     Section 1.  Section 20-217 of the administrative code of the city of New York is hereby amended by the addition of a new subdivision to read as follows:

                     5.                     Suffer or permit the licensed premises to remain open and operating between the hours of 11 p.m. and 11 a.m., where such premises are less than 100 feet from the property line of a building that has a certificate of occupancy for residential use or a building that is subject to article seven of the multiple dwelling law.

                     §2.                     This local law shall take effect immediately.
