A Local Law to amend the Administrative Code of the City of New York in relation to the repeal of '10-123 with regard to bathing in public.
 
 
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
 
 
      Section 1.  Section '10-123 of Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York is hereby REPEALED.
      ยง2.      This local law shall take effect immediately.
