THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1762 Title Resolution approving the site plan for a high school for Architecture and Urban Planning-Queens, to be located at 94-02 104th Street, Ozone Park, Queens (Non-ULURP No. 20015105 SCQ; L.U. No. 975). Body By Council Members Eisland and Sabini WHEREAS, the New York City School Construction Authority submitted to the Council on February 7, 2001, a site plan pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law for a public school facility known as the High School for Architecture and Urban Planning, with a capacity of up to 931 seats to serve Community School District 78, to be located at 94-02 104th Street, Ozone Park (Block 9381/Lot 44), Borough of Queens (the "Site Plan"); WHEREAS, the Site Plan is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Site Plan on February 13, 2001; WHEREAS, the Council has considered the relevant environmental issues and the Conditional Negative Declaration issued January 8, 2001 (SCA Project Number 01-003); and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Site Plan; RESOLVED: The Council finds that the action described herein will have no significant effect on the environment; and __________ Page 2 of 2 20015105 SCQ Reso.
