Title
Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 000021 PPQ, for the disposition of property generally located between 35th and 37th Streets and 34th and 36th Avenues (Block 639, Lot 16; Block 640, Lot 24; Block 643, Lot 1; and Block 644, Lots 1, 15, 17, 43 and 49), Queens, to expand studio and production facilities (L.U. No. 601).

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on November 12, 1999 its decision dated November 10, 1999 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services and the Economic Development Corporation for the disposition of property pursuant to zoning, generally located between 35th and 37th Streets and 34th and 36th Avenues (Block 639, Lot 16; Block 640, Lot 24; Block 643, Lot 1; and Block 644, Lots 1, 15, 17, 43 and 49), Borough of Queens (ULURP No. C 000021 PPQ) (the "Application");
WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter;
WHEREAS, the Application is related to ULURP No. C 000020 PQQ (L.U. No. 600), an acquisition of property;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on December 1, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the relevant environmental issues and the Negative Declaration which was issued on July 8, 1999 (CEQR No. 99DME088Q); and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application;
RESOLVED:
The Council finds that the action described herein will have no significant effect on the environment;
