RESOLUTION NO. 821
Resolution affirming the designation by the Landmarks Preservation Commission of the Hamilton-Holly House located at 4 St. Mark’s Place (Block 463/Lot 11), Manhattan, Designation List No. 357, LP-2157 (L.U. No. 395; 20055119 HKM; N 050150 HKM).

WHEREAS, the Landmarks Preservation Commission filed with the Council on November 26, 2004 a copy of its designation dated October 19, 2004 (the "Designation"), of the Hamilton-Holly House located at 4 St. Mark’s Place, Community District 3, Borough of Manhattan, as a landmark and Block 463/Lot 11, as its landmark site pursuant to Section 3020 of the New York City Charter;
WHEREAS, the Designation is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter;
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission submitted to the Council on December 10, 2004 its report on the Designation dated December 8, 2004 (the "Report");
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Designation on January 25, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Designation;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter, and on the basis of the information and materials contained in the Designation and the Report, the Council affirms the Designation.
