Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on February 26, 2003 its decision dated February 19, 2003 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of twenty-eight (28) city-owned properties located at Block 14239/Lots 1178, 1180, 1182; Block 14240/Lot 1332; Block 14231/Lots 87, 90; Block 14240/Lot 103; Block 14240/Lot 113; Block 14243/Lot 1116; Block 14246/Lot 1189; Block 14245/Lots 1366, 1368; Block 14248/Lot 1385; Block 14248/Lots 1405, 1407; Block 14248/Lot 1415; Block 14248/Lot 1411; Block 14253/Lot 1492; Block 14253/Lots 1512, 1513, 1514; Block 14251/Lot 1666; Block 14254/Lots 1639, 1640; Block 14254/Lot 2037; Block 14255/Lots 1707, 1709; and Block 14255/Lot 1691; Community District 10, Borough of Queens (ULURP No. C 030138 PPQ) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on March 31, 2003; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 62 Section 2-02(d) of the Rules of the City of New York by memorandum dated March 31, 2003, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services withdrew the application; _________ Page 2 of 2 C 030138 PPQ Res.
