THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1227 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 010071 PPK, the disposition of six (6) city-owned properties located at 399 Logan Street (Block 4190/Lot 8), 397 Logan Street (Block 4190/Lot 9), 141 Fountain Avenue (Block 4191/Lot 9), 149 Fountain Avenue (Block 4191/Lot 106), 963 Glenmore Avenue (Block 4192/Lot 47) and 886 Glenmore Avenue (Block 4208/Lot 17), Brooklyn (L.U. No. 586). Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on November 7, 2003 its decision dated November 5, 2003 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of six (6) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 399 Logan Street (Block 4190/Lot 8), 397 Logan Street (Block 4190/Lot 9), 141 Fountain Avenue (Block 4191/Lot 9), 149 Fountain Avenue (Block 4191/Lot 106), 963 Glenmore Avenue (Block 4192/Lot 47) and 886 Glenmore Avenue (Block 4208/Lot 17), Community District 5, Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 010071 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on December 11, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision. _________ Adopted.
