THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 862 Title Resolution approving with modifications the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 030027 PPK, the disposition of four (4) city-owned properties located at 735 Dean Street (Block 1130/Lot 53), 1777 Pacific Street (Block 1336/Lot 63), 65 Utica Avenue (Block 1337/Lot 4), and 63 A Utica Avenue (Block 1337/Lot 5), Brooklyn (L.U. No. 391). Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on February 26, 2003 its decision dated February 19, 2003 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of four (4) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 735 Dean Street (Block 1130/Lot 53), 1777 Pacific Street (Block 1336/Lot 63), 65 Utica Avenue (Block 1337/Lot 4), and 63 A Utica Avenue (Block 1337/Lot 5), Community District 8, Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 030027 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on March 31, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: _________ Page 2 of 2 C 030027 PPK Res. No. 391) Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision with the following modifications: The properties located at 1777 Pacific Street (Block 1336/Lot 63), 65 Utica Avenue (Block 1337/Lot 4) and 63-A Utica Avenue (Block 1337/Lot 5) shall be withheld from auction until a date not earlier than November 1, 2003.
