Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 192(a) of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Borough President of Manhattan, of ANGELA CAVALUZZI as a member of the City Planning Commission for the remainder of a five year term which will expire on June 30, 2004.
