RESOLUTION NO. 1525
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 86 Kenmare Street, Borough of Manhattan (20125776 TCM; L.U. No. 686).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on August 24, 2012 its approval dated August 24, 2012 of the petition of Toby's Public House II LLC, d/b/a Toby's Public House, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 86 Kenmare Street, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(e) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on September 19, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
