The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on September 21, 2011, respectfully reports:
 
Pursuant to §§ 31 and 1049-a of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Elizabeth Knauer as a member of the New York City Environmental Control Board to serve for the remainder of a four-year term expiring on March 5, 2013.
