As a member of the

New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board 

  

 

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:

 

Pursuant to § 440(b)(1) of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-designation by the Council of Dennis deLeon, as a member of the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board to serve for the remainder of a three-year term that expires on July 4, 2009.  

                                                 

                     This matter was referred to the Committee on May 28, 2008.
