RESOLUTION NO. 399
 
 
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 753 Washington Street, Borough of Manhattan (20145294 TCM; L.U. No. 106).
 
 
By Council Members Greenfield and Weprin
 
WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on July 18, 2014 its approval dated July 18, 2014 of the petition of 753 Washington Trattoria, Inc., for a revocable consent to modify and continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 753 Washington Street, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
 
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
 
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on August 18, 2014; and
 
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
 
RESOLVED:
 
      Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
