Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on January 26, 2001 its approval of the petition of Clirkat Donuts, Inc., d/b/a Angelo's Donut, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an enclosed sidewalk café located at 2942-2944 Westchester Avenue, Borough of the Bronx (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-225 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-225(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on March 7, 2001; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-225 of the Administrative Code, the Council disapproves the Petition.
