and Elections approving the

appointment of

 

Margery H. Perlmutter

 

as a Member of the

New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission

 

 

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:

 

                     Pursuant to §§ 31 and 3020 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Margery H. Perlmutter, as a Member of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to serve for the remainder of a three-year term that expires on June 28, 2008.

 

                     The matter was referred to the Committee on May 10, 2006.
