Resolution disapproving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 220 Park Avenue South, Manhattan (20015295 TCM; L.U. No. 1176).

WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on August 16, 2001 its approval of the petition of C'est Bon Café at 18th Street, Inc., d/b/a Aleutia (the "Applicant"), for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 220 Park Avenue South, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 1, 2001;
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council disapproves the Petition.
