No. 903). Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on September 22, 2000 its decision dated September 20, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of eight (8) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 55 East 175th Street (Block 2850/Lot 34), 1764 Townsend Avenue (Block 2850/Lot 38), 1775 Walton Avenue (Block 2850/Lot 60), 1761-65 Walton Avenue (Block 2850/Lot 63), Cedar Avenue (Block 2881/Lot 39), Block 3171/Lot 59), Block 3211/Lot 47), and Block 3211/Lot 118), Borough of The Bronx (ULURP No. C 000411 PPX) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on October 24, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: __________ Page 2 of 2 C 000411 PPX Reso. No. 903) Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision with the modification that: The properties located at 55 East 175th Street, 1764 Townsend Avenue, 1775 Walton Avenue and 1761-65 Walton Avenue (Block 2850/Lots 34, 38, 60 and 63) shall be withheld from public auction until a date not earlier than April 1, 2002.
