Recommending the appointment of
Marc Landis
As a commissioner of the New York City Board of Elections
The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:
Pursuant to Section 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby recommends that the Council appoint Marc Landis, on the recommendation of the New York County Democratic Party, to serve as a commissioner of the New York City Board of Elections for the remainder of a four-year term expiring on December 31, 2026.
This matter was heard preconsidered on April 10, 2025.

RESOLVED, pursuant Section 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Council hereby appoints of Marc Landis as a commissioner of the New York City Board of Elections to serve the remainder of a four-year term that expires on December 31, 2026.
