A Local Law to amend the New York City Charter in relation to including a tax burden profile in the mayor's budget message.
 
 
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
 
      Section 1.  Section 250 of the New York city charter is hereby amended by adding a new subdivision 17 to read as follows:
      17.      A comparative profile of estimated tax burdens for city resident individuals, families and businesses by income level, resulting from the current fiscal year's budget and the executive budget for the ensuring fiscal year.
      §2.      This local law shall take effect immediately.
