Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on March 7, 2000 its decision dated March 1, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of twenty-three (23) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 274 Jefferson Street (Block 3175/Lot 14); Starr Street (Block 3188/Lot 70); 1321 Myrtle Avenue (Block 3245/Lot 8); 165 Stockholm Street (Block 3246/Lot 51); 603 Knickerbocker Avenue (Block 3362/Lot 129); 137 Eldert Street (Block 3410/Lot 56); 191, 189 and 185 Eldert Street (Block 3411/Lots 52, 54 and 56); Schaeffer Street (Block 3423/ Lot 59); 18, 24, 36 and 38 Schaeffer Street (Block 3426/Lots 15, 18, 24 and 25); 980 and 982 Decatur Street (Block 3432/Lots 15 and 16); 43 Cooper Street (Block 3432/Lot 39); 183 and 181 Cooper Street (Block 3435/Lots 40 and 42); 24 and 26 Moffat Street (Block 3444/Lots 17 and 18)and 44 and 46 Granite Street (Block 3461/Lots 25 and 26), Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 990288 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on April 17, 2000; and ____________ Page 2 of 2 C 990288 PPK Reso. No. 703) WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision with the following modifications: That the properties located at 137 Eldert Street (Block 3410/Lot 56); 191, 189 and 185 Eldert Street (Block 3411/Lots 52, 54 and 56); Schaeffer Street (Block 3423/ Lot 59); 18, 24, 36 and 38 Schaeffer Street (Block 3426/Lots 15, 18, 24 and 25); 24 and 26 Moffat Street (Block 3444/Lots 17 and 18) and 44 and 46 Granite Street (Block 3461/Lots 25 and 26), shall be withheld from auction for one year from the date this resolution is effective.
