Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on November 30, 2000 its decision dated November 15, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of one (1) city-owned property pursuant to zoning, located at 72 Poplar Street (Block 211/Lot 15) Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 000577 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; and WHEREAS, by submission of letter dated December 12, 2000 the Department of Housing Preservation and Development withdrew the proposal; RESOLVED: The Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the application and pursuant to Rule 6.40a of the Rules of the Council.
