A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to definition of capital project.

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

 

                     Section 1.  Subdivision one of section 210 of the New York city charter is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph f to read as follows:

                     f.                     Any combination of the above provided that the term “capital project” shall apply to each specifically identified project, acquisition or public betterment which is denoted by an identification number in the city’s “capital projects information system” (“CAPIS”).  Each such capital project shall be represented by its own budget line and shall be subject to all applicable provisions of chapters nine and ten of the charter.

                     §2.                     This local law shall take effect immediately.
