as the

Democratic Commissioner of Elections
The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:
Pursuant to section 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Council of DOUGLAS ARTHUR KELLNER, as the New York County Democratic Commissioner of Elections to serve for a four-year term that begins on January 1, 2005 and ends on December 31, 2008.
This matter was referred to the Committee on October 13, 2004.
