Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 813 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the reappointment of DAVID S. LANDE, (a Republican from Manhattan), as a Member of the Civil Service Commission for the remainder of a six year term, which commenced on March 22, 1999 and expires on March 21, 2005.
