RESOLUTION NO. 1992
Resolution approving a motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 151 Mulberry Street, Borough of Manhattan (20085511 TCM; L.U. No. 1086).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on April 13, 2009 its approval dated April 13, 2009 of the petition of 151 Mulberry Street Corp., d/b/a Il Palazzo,, for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 151 Mulberry Street, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on May 12, 2009; and
WHEREAS, by letter dated May 19, 2009, and submitted May 20, 2009, the applicant withdrew the petition.
RESOLVED:
The Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal in accord with Rules 6.40a and 11.80 of the Rules of the Council.
