A Local Law in relation to the approval of a determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Skyline Car & Limousine Service, Inc. for the renewal of a license to operate a base station in the borough of The Bronx.

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

 

Section one.  The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Skyline Car & Limousine Service, Inc. for the renewal of a license to operate a base station at 3853 Bronxwood Avenue in the borough of The Bronx is hereby approved.

§2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
