RESOLUTION NO. 1199
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an enclosed sidewalk café located at 533 Hudson Street, Borough of Manhattan (20075254 TCM; L.U. No. 628).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on November 1, 2007 its approval dated November 1, 2007 of the petition of BacBars Group LLC, d/b/a Bayard’s Ale House, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an enclosed sidewalk café located at 533 Hudson Street, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-225 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-225(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on December 17, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-225 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
